Check out the word from the BREWS...

32 Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering. 33 Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. 34 You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions.
35 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. 36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. 37For in just a very little while, "He who is coming will come and will not delay. 38 But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him." 39 But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved.

How insane is this passage? I mean it is pretty insane in the way i colored it, but as i was searching through my bible this week I ran across this passage in Hebrews while i was looking for another passage. This verse is very encouraging to people of faith. And the way that i have organized it helps to the see the process of communication during the encouragement. The Blue words are commands or applications statements. The Green words are the memories of perseverance of the apostles, and the Dark Red words were statements of the faith of the followers of God. The Yellow statement are a collection of words from past writings including Habakkuk 2:3-4. And last the purple statement is the POWER statement. It hits me hard emotionally and spritually. When i read that statement i was reminded of one of the braveheart speeches, mainly the one from the battlefield. I went to youtube and found the clip so you can see how he says it, but mainly I want you to see how awesome this statement is and capture it and apply it to your life.

Pina Colada in my toes

So i'm sitting with myself tonight and i am reminded of how amazing it is to let the mind wander and the imagination run around free. I'm currently talking to the "sanz"inonionist and we are currently thinking of a way to stop world hunger, begin world peace, and all that other jazz that comes with miss America stuff. I came up with an idea to let us run the world, and as i pondered what that would look like, if i were the dictator of this whole mound of ground, and i wanted to share some amazing things i thought up...

1. If i were dictator of the world, then everyone would have to follow the way that i peel bananas from the bottom up. It just has to happen like that. Sorry.

2. If i were dictator of the world, life would revolve around one thing and one thing only...salt water pools. I swam in one the other day and almost cried at how amazing it was.

3. If i were dictator of the world, then scrubs and the office would be the only thing on tv, and i would force them to make a show for every minute of the day, in order to satisfy my viewing pleasure.

4. If i were dictator of the world, then I would force people to model there lives after Timothy Dalton, maybe not his personal life, but the life of him as Bond. Just so that you know Dalton was the best, coming close in second is sean connery, then pierce "oh he makes me squeal" brosnan.

5. If i were dictator of the world, I would enlist all mma fighters into the military, in order that there be an uprising, imagine having to fight a cage fighter in war...scary!

6. Last but certainly not least, If i were dictator of the world, I would have late night list of shows that follows this schedule every night...Johnny at 9pm, starts after the office, Dave at 10pm, Jay at 11pm, Conan at 12am, then a severe beating of Carson Daly at 1am, and last but not least the British humor of Craig Ferguson being read by the queen of england herself at 113am.

That's what would happen if the dynamomeister ruled this massive crust of amazingness.
